About the Property
The Hostel Gunis is located in the centre of Udaipur City surrounded by hills with a panoramic view all around. Sahelion ki Wadi and Fatesh Sagar Lake are in close vicinity. The hostel has 12 double occupancy room and shared accommodation for 10 people and hall is available for activities. Various therapies are offered with in the hostel campus. Sufficient parking space and open area. Traditional and authentic meals are also offered.

Food
- Kair-Sangari This was specially used in Semi-Arid zones and drought period. This is long lasting meal for people of Western Rajasthan.
- Vadiya This is made by floor of maize and chickpeas powder; this is in shape of bits. This is in crispy in taste. This can prepare as dry and curry.
- Red Mutton This is most famous recipe of this area.
- Rabodi This is made up of same ingredients of Vadiya, but little soft and shape is like chips. Mostly, it can be prepared in yellow mustard oil and red chili flavored.
- Dal-Bati This is most common and famous food of Rajasthan, but this is having long history beyond… this is regionally divided in the dal (millets) Moong Dal in Western Rajasthan, Urad Dal in South Eastern Rajasthan, and Toor/Mix Dal in Central and Eastern Rajasthan. Bati is made up of Barley, Wheat and Maize it depends on regional availability.
- Churma This is most common sweet dish in the region, and that is most favorable recipe worldwide. Made up of Mix floor of wheat and barley.
